Duties

Serves as the installation liaison with on and off post agencies in support of leveraging partnerships. Implements and manages installation ACS services, establishing goals, objectives and procedures IAW applicable State, DoD, DA and other federal guidance, regulations and laws. Collaborates with key organizational staff and organized groups within/outside the installation. Serves as principal advisor on career, transition, relocation, personal financial management, employment, community life, emergency/crisis assistance, personal and Family readiness, and all other related ACS services. Conducts and implements marketing and public relations campaigns to ensure target populations are informed of services and activities.

OR Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Behavioral Science, Education. OR Specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least one year of graduate education as described in B, but less than the required two years.
