This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in the Internal Operations Office (DSO) of the Chief Technology Innovation and Strategy Office (DS), Workforce and Strategy Office (D).
A successful candidate in the Management Analyst position will serve as an analyst and project coordinator responsible for planning and managing projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of organization programs, systems, and processes.

- This position does not support remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 3 days per pay period.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-11, in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: 1) Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project administration; AND 2) Participating in the development and implementation of business metrics, plans and processes, including those related to established business targets and objectives; AND 3) Analyzing technical data for the purpose of distilling information and making recommendations.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
CTAP/ICTAP candidates: To receive selection priority for this position, you must: 1) meet the eligibility criteria; and 2) be rated "well-qualified", which is defined as having a score of 85 or better.
