This position is in Office of Mission Support (OMS); Office of Human Capital Operations (OHCO); serve as the Senior Advisor to the Office Director to support strategic evaluation and management. About the Office of Mission Support | US EPA.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-13 level defined as providing strategic direction based on information and data analytics necessary for making decisions on administrative and programmatic aspects of critical agency operations.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of concepts, practices, laws, and regulations which apply to program management principles
Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive management studies
Knowledge of administrative laws, policies and regulations and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more important public programs
Skill in preparing solutions to especially broad, important, and critical management problems
Skill in oral communication
Skill in written communication
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
