You will serve as the Director of Business Operations with the National Security Integration Office (NSIO).
Duties
You will be the primary liaison for NSIO Business Operations coordination with Department of the Navy elements to include the Secretary, Under Secretary, and DUSN, as well as the Chief of Naval Operations and Commandant of the Marine Corps.
You will provide expert advice to the Senior Director and Deputy Director to develop strategies, institute policy, and execute programs.
You will lead, supervise, and coordinate all activities of the NSIO Business Operations Directorate.
You will direct and guide subordinates at all levels to track progress and adjust priorities to accommodate shifting schedules and workload.
You will assist Deputy Director to ensure incoming actions and tasking are completed within associated deadlines as directed by the higher authority.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing business operations functions, to include policy, security, administration, facilities, personnel, manpower and management matters; directing and managing a cross-functional team of personnel; developing, coordinating and processing policy directives and memoranda; providing advice in the development of plans and strategies; AND instituting policy, executing programs, and supporting in analyzing, developing and implementing organizational and workplace program objectives.
