Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-13 level defined as providing advice, mentorship, or guidance to staff; identifying and integrating internal and external program issues affecting the immediate organization; determining short and long range goals, objectives, or plans; and overseeing processes and activities to support the administrative functions of the office.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge in supervisory and management policies and principles
Skill in setting priorities, preparing schedules, and coordination
Skill in overseeing technical work, providing guidance on technical implementations, and making decisions about technical approaches
Knowledge in administrative policies, procedures, and best practices
Skill in monitoring and evaluating system and service performance and deliver
Skill in oral communication
Skill in developing partnerships to accomplish the work
Skill in written communication
