The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) serves as the Army's technology leader for armament systems. DEVCOM AC ensures dominance of Army capabilities by researching, developing, integrating and delivering technology-enabled armament solutions to our Warfighters. Armaments Center has a long tradition as the primary research and development center for new and existing armament systems which are in use by U.S. service members around the world.
Duties
Serves as an analyst in one or more administrative/business fields.
Performs assignments in keeping the organization’s supervisors informed on local and command administrative policies and regulatory requirements.
Reviews and makes recommendations as to applicability of internal and external administrative guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to individual or overall laboratory activities.
Develops and recommends new operating procedures and methods or revisions.
Requirements
- Business travel up 25% of the time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: three years of progressively responsible general work experience with one year of that experience equivalent to at least the DE-01/GS-04 grade (A) handling and managing classified information and supporting classified workspaces; (B) experience with Operational Security guidelines and safeguarding potentially sensitive information. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-01/GS-4).

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 36. Then, divide your semester hours of education by 120. Add the two percentages.
