This position is located in the Division of Risk Management Supervision of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. One position will be filled in either Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Columbia, SC. This position provides support in the areas of assessing risk to to the deposit insurance fund.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-14: To qualify at the CG-14 grade level, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG/GS-13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing review of supervisory matters or examining large, complex or troubled financial institutions applying credit appraisal procedures and techniques.
CG-15: To qualify at the CG-15 grade level, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG/GS-14 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing review of supervisory matters or examining large, complex or troubled financial institutions applying credit appraisal procedures and techniques and providing guidance to staff and senior management in regards to special situations, complicated examinations, enforcement matters and/or regulatory applications of insured financial institutions.
