Duties
Is an expert in graphic design.
Designs and develops graphics to support our communications multi-media framework.
Designs, creates, and supports MS SharePoint and other websites with a focus on graphic design.
Maintains, retrieves, and adjudicates graphic designs and communications in accordance with established policies, procedures, and formats.
Is responsible for high-level strategic communications, graphics, studies, projects, and support involving critical and time sensitive strategic/operational/tactical customer matters.
Designs, develops, implements, manages, and executes robust communications framework.
Serves as liaison for J6 communications, both internal and external to J6.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- GS - 13: Designs graphics to support multi-media framework. Develops policies and procedures, training/reference/graphic material to standardize communication processes. Creates, manages, and updates SharePoint sites. Provides analytical expertise for a variety of complex assignments of enterprise-wide scope, such as develops and manages graphics, communication plans, programs and products to measures progress against established goals. Ensures that the appropriate information systems, knowledge management, data warehouse, data integration, decision support systems and other IT solutions are fully researched, identified, developed, and implemented to support all of Agency sponsored strategic communications initiatives and assets.
- GS - 12: Apply graphic design, SharePoint, and communication project management principles, methods, and practices. Direct studies requiring application of advanced analytical and statistical methods and techniques. Prepare and present professional level briefings.
