This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for Dom Defense Industrial Base Facilities and Major Range and Test Facilities Base. Duties

You will develop, manage, and maintain Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization efforts including the Authorization to Operate with various level of the Navy’s Authorizing Officials for all PMSR system boundaries. You will provide cybersecurity direction, technical guidance, and communicates requirements to the Security Officers and Cybersecurity System Administrators. You will serve as Cybersecurity Point of Contact to all internal and external organizations. You will comply with Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) requirements.

• Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Cybersecurity Manager level intermediate within 12 months of appointment.
• Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03
• You will participate in professional development program as described in DoDM 8140.03. An annual 20 hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous professional development must be documented and completed in a current individual development plan.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DS-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as Cybersecurity Point of Contact (POC) to internal and external organizations; 2) Developing, managing, and maintaining risk management framework assessment and authorization efforts including the Authorization to Operate; 3) Providing Cybersecurity direction, technical guidance, and communicating requirements to security officers and system administrators; 4) Demonstrating compliance with cybersecurity workforce requirements.
