The Training Coordinator coordinates technical and non-technical training programs for the Technical Operations organization.
Duties
Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform some leadership functions for small projects/programs or other work activities. Maintains knowledge of FAA training requirements, policies and processes.
Requirements

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- Position sensitivity is designated Moderate Risk; a background investigation may be required
Qualifications
To qualify for the FV-H (FG/GS 12) band you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G (FG/GS 10-11). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is: Experience coordinating and administering a technical and non-technical training program for multi-unit organization. Comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures and applications related to technical and non-technical FAA training programs. Experience evaluating, verifying and enrolling students in multiple training courses with prerequisites and reporting status to management officials. Experience identifying, planning and coordinating locally conducted training for delivery with instructors and students.Education cannot be substituted for experience at the FV-H Level.
