Duties

Performs landscaping and grounds maintenance such as cutting grass (using industrial power mowers), debris and recycle collection and removal. Assists in planting, transplanting, fertilizing, mulching, watering, and pruning under specific instructions and under supervision. Uses, cares for, and accounts for various power and hand tools and equipment. Performs simple masonry tasks such as replacing loose or missing bricks. Receives, unloads, and delivers incoming shipments according to established procedures, and reports discrepancies and damage to others responsible for such items.
