You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Command & Control and Enterprise Engineering (C2E2) Department, Code 53000 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will analyze, develop, update center and department strategic business plans and collaboratively work with other Portfolio Managers to support center portfolio initiatives.
You will formulate a business strategy for providing best products, services, and support to customers.
You will ensure alignment across portfolio focus areas.
You will provide assistance to scientists and engineers by reviewing/improving proposals, performs technical assessments and prioritization of proposals submitted.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top-Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 752 Advanced Level within 12 months of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
NO-06:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NO-05 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provides research, analysis, systems engineering, design, development, acquisition, and/or test and evaluation using innovative methods to ensure state of-the-art defense systems are delivered to Department of Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs; and developing and implementing policies and program guidance governing the implementation and management of business areas for development, integration, test, and sustainment activities throughout the acquisition life-cycle.
NO-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NO-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provides research, analysis, systems engineering, design, development, acquisition, and/or test and evaluation using innovative methods to ensure state of-the-art defense systems are delivered to Department of Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
