You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Management Office Strategic Systems Programs (PMOSSP), Conventional Prompt Strike (SPC) of CPS PROGRAM OFFICE.
Duties
You will provide special technical expertise and supervision/guidance to Acquisition Management, the Contracting Officer Representative, Budget Execution, Program Analysts, and the Strategy and Planning for the CPS program.
You will be responsible for manpower planning, justification, utilization, training, planning workload, and organization objectives; setting of goals and priorities; and advising employees of performance requirements.
You will coordinate CPS Program Office preparation of complete budget packages based upon program requirements and the annual budget call.
You will ensure that appropriate contracting actions are taken to expend the resources provided by the BOD to SPC in an efficient and cost effective manner to support assigned programs.
You will monitor and evaluate contractor performance against the incentive provisions, determine the appropriate adjustment to the contract fee, and provides these data to the Contracting Officer for necessary contract modifications.
You will develop, manage, and defend the CPS Incentive budget package through the SSP budget review process and during program implementation.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 (NH-3) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing contracting, acquisition and business integration and analysis support to enable accelerated technology development; experience with the PPBE process.
