Incumbent performs multiple and varying assignments and serves as the focal for the Management and Program Analyst Funds Certification Officers (FCOs) in the performance of Funds Certification and Reconciliation.

Duties

Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish assignments. Incumbent tracks and analyzes data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; provides guidance to less-experienced professionals in day-to-day operations; identifies, analyzes, and recommends solutions for complex/difficult problems; and recommends improvements to systems and processes.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-H (FG/GS-12) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS 10/11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience is: Experience with and knowledge of funds certification and reconciliation policies and procedures. Experience with developing financial models, tracking, monitoring and analyzing budgeted funds.
