This position is located within the Indian Health Service, Wind River Service Unit, Fort Washakie, WY and reports to the Supervisory Facilities Operation Manager.
Duties
Operate and troubleshoot systems, e.g., hydronic heating, DX cooling, water distribution, pumping system, water heating, ventilation, compressed air, vacuum system, gas furnace, water treatment system, pressure vessel, etc..
Repair and troubleshoot residential electrical systems that include, but not limited to: electrical circuits, wire runs, light fixture, switches and outlets.
Repair and troubleshoot architectural systems to ensure structural soundness, e.g., doors, door frames, flooring, rough-in carpentry, masonry, cement, windows, wall finishes, painting, etc.
Fix or replace clogged pipe, repair valves, solder fittings, and other plumbing materials, i.e., copper, PVC, iron and steel pipe.
Maintain facility grounds by use of lawn mower, weed trimmer, tractor, snow removal, garbage control, fence repair, etc..
Qualifications
