Duties
You will perform assigned portions of analyses of contract performance information and reports.
You will address complex issues that range from having a potential impact on projects individually or Navy wide to having national importance.
You will analyze, evaluate, and interpret the contractor's progress.
You will summarize and report findings from studies/analyses completed.
You will maintain liaison with the Program Manager, and/or members of the IPT.
You will provide input to the cost criteria and instructions to offers regarding EVM requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-13
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
Using analytic concepts necessary to monitor, track, and analyze contractor baseline information;
Implementing unique solutions to complex problems related to Department of the Navy acquisition programs;
Having knowledge of scheduling and critical path methodology;
Applying knowledge of general business operations, practices and concepts; and
Writing and communicating effectively to prepare reports and give oral presentations/briefings to top management.
GS-12
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:

Applying knowledge of general business operations, practices and concepts; and
