You will serve as a Program Manager in the Industrial Capability & Infrastructure (IC&I) Group, within the Headquarters for Commander of COMFLTREADCEN.
Duties
You will brief senior leaders on the stages of programs or projects (e.g., status, technical challenges, scheduling, cost).
You will collaborate with acquisition program offices and integration program offices to ensure fielding plans are executable
You will identify program risks, problems, issues, and concerns to formulate mitigation plans or corrective strategies
You will plan for and synthesize requirements of competency areas.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field A - Program Manager Level 2. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress; 2) Identifying specific requirements for resources and services and manages a broad range of logistics and industrial planning, engineering, and execution issues; 3) Reviewing aviation maintenance requirements when necessary and makes recommendations relative to planning, development, and procurement of facilities and equipment; 4) Recommending urgency and priority of assigned tasks and ensures continuity of work by any legitimate means available.
