You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Research and Development Group/Weapons and Energetics Dept/Weapons Sys & Project Engineering Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide supervisory oversight to a team of individuals tasked with supporting a wide variety of programs in support of program objective execution.

You will be responsible for development and hiring of new talent within the branch and will support the D55 PMB process.
You will provide administrative support that includes developing employee performance plans, conducting performance evaluations, providing performance appraisals, as well as attending division and department meetings.
You will be responsible for review and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and personnel records for ordnance handling conducted by the branch and coordination with the NAWCWD Explosive Safety Officer in support of daily branch duties.
You will be responsible for all administrative records and training related to forklift certifications, power cart operations, and crane certifications for all branch personnel requiring these capabilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring branch personnel are up to date on all Command Safety requirements for safe execution of work.
You will provide training/mentorship to branch members on project management techniques and provide support/training for inventory management and COMSEC duties collaborating with counterparts in other Departments for successful project execution.
You will provide guidance to staff as needed in the areas of IT inventory management, program equipment and file transfer management.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next pay band (NM-03= GS 9-12)) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following:
1) Experience with some combination of ordnance handling certifications, forklift certifications, program security requirements; including COMSEC requirements; 2) Providing technical oversight and management direction for processes and procedures for classified operations to include testing, training, planning, and execution for activities; 3) Providing administrative support that includes developing employee performance plans, conducting performance evaluations, providing performance appraisals; 4) Maintaining and administering personnel documentation related to ordnance certifications, as well as power cart certifications, forklift licenses, and other paperwork as necessary for the successful execution of program field support; 5) Reviewing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for ordnance handling.
