You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Corporate Business and Analysis Group, Infrastructure Business Operations Department, Project Management and Engineering Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will be responsible for the project management oversight of execution of facilities projects supporting Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), 233 initiative, and earthquake recovery work.
You will be responsible for oversight of all construction and service projects inducted using the authority from project induction through construction completion, for a variety of complex projects and for conventional facilities and installations.
You will serve as Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) Program Manager ensuring NAWCWD end users receive proper support from service providers.
You will mentor and provide coaching and guidance to Division employees, and work with employees on personal career development objectives and plans.
You will be is responsible for implementing the NAWCWD Command policies and regulations, such as Equal Employment Opportunity, safety, and security.
You will monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge of engineering processes, operations, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of simple and complex facilities; 2) Determining, evaluating, and analyzing facility requirements for the customer and mission; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of building components, various types of project construction and project management; 4) Developing analytical skills to develop facility and equipment requirements against customer needs; 5) Working knowledge and skills across all aspects of project management, relationship building, as well as projects development and manage complex facility issues, resolve conflicts and monitor project; 6) Demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions, delegate, inspire, and communicate effectively while leading and supervising a diverse workforce.
