You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT) in the Human Resources Office of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.
Duties
You will lead external recruitment efforts including college, professional, and special emphasis recruitments.
You will provide centralized recruitment and outreach program management.
You will initiate and manage all marketing strategies consistent with management goals and directives.
You will coordinate and develop the organization's staff planning activities and interview managers to determine hiring needs.
You will use internet and social media maximize outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administering, planning, developing and leading external recruitment efforts, preparing marketing materials to be used across online platforms, and developing and maintaining contacts with various employment sources to meet staffing requirements.
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing support for the planning and developing of external recruitment efforts, preparing marketing materials to be used across online platforms, and maintaining contacts with various employment sources to meet staffing requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
