Job opening: Maintenance Mechanic Helper/Worker

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Senate Office Buildings, Maintenance Branch is seeking a reliable and independent Maintenance Mechanic Worker to perform air conditioning, plumbing and electrical worker level tasks, shop maintenance and assisting journey-level tradesmen with complex duties.

Duties

This position is an evening shift position: Sunday to Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

You must be a U.S. Citizen.
You must be able to pass a drug test.

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Performs work of a Maintenance Mechanic Helper or Worker and assisting journey-level skilled workers in two or more of the following areas: Air Conditioning, Pipefitting, Plumbing or Electrical.
