This position is located in the Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection, Administrative Management and Operations Branch in the Headquarters Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in the areas of analysis, development, testing, and implementation and recommendation of IT related services.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 14 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in monitoring, functionally modifying, and coordinating enhancements to IT systems, including the supervision of codes used by end users to maintain the system’s data and business utility.
In addition to the qualification requirements listed above, you must have Information Technology (IT)-related experience which demonstrates proficiency in each of the following competencies:
