Duties
The Realty Specialist applies basic knowledge of real estate, utilities contracts and transaction applicable to accomplish assignments.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Experience with real estate policies, processes and procedures that involve acquiring, managing or disposing of realty property. Experience with market research and market analysis.
