You will serve as a SUPERVISORY OF TEST AND EVALUATION in the FLEET COMMS AND NETWORKING T&E of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.
Duties
You will begin provide supervisory support to personnel supporting various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
You will support the development and evaluation of Competency Development Models, individual Development Plans and provide guidance to personnel on career growth.
You will demonstrate leadership skills as required per the Command's Leadership.
You will manage Test and Evaluation programs for the assigned project/IPT/sub-portfolio; realign people/resources as need.
You will plan, execute and report testing as need; analyze and refine system requirements for testability; conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 671 level Intermediate within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing test and evaluation strategies and core processes; Developing, modifying, OR executing test plans in accordance with Test and Evaluation Processes; AND Utilizing Human Capital Management strategies to manage on organizational goals, budget considerations, OR staffing needs.
