You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Corporate Business and Analysis Group, Digital, Information, Technology, Cyber and Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will support NAWCWD China Lake for NMCI/NGEN contract services.
You will support the ACTR staff with ordering and payment for NMCI services as well as authority for the escalation of NMCI related issues, and project planning such as MilCONS, and Lab Revitalization Projects (LRPs) to NAVAIR HQ and PEO-Digital.
You will provide support to the primary NAWCWD China Lake POC for the execution of the NMCI prime and associated sub-contractors including: operations status, problem resolution, ordering and planning and execution.
Tasking includes managing task orders, services available on the contract, providing NMCI POCs guidance regarding contract-available services, and coordinating with NMCI and DITAC teams to accomplish installation and configuration of devices.
You will support NMCI users to include: accounts, workstations, printers, software licensing, and infrastructure services.
You will understand and communicate ongoing policy and changes to the ACTR and POC staff for continuous training and guidance.
You will support the ACTR and Asset Management staff with the strategic planning and execution of all phases of NMCI tech refresh such as: confirming requirements, evaluating current and future years NMCI contractual capabilities, etc.
Customer service skills are required in this constantly changing environment.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Advising and communicating with customers to understand infrastructure services capabilities and customer requirements; 2) Delivering sound technical and project recommendations to the team; 3) Interfacing with personnel and business tracking systems to appropriately align and assign services; 4) Utilizing business applications and processes to track and report on appropriate funding for NMCI services.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
