This position resides in Business Operations & Services (NWPO), Workplace Services & Business Operations (NWP), Workplace Services (NW), Chief Administrative Office (N), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to serve as the supervisor of the Business Operations & Services group and as a member of Workplace Services management team.
Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Provide direction and leadership in the planning development and administration of programs, information analysis, systems, and work processes that are necessary to perform the critical mission and support activities required of the group.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
Serve as an expert analyst and advisor in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance activities covered by the NW organization.
Represent Facilities and Workplace Services on appropriate committees associated with quality management, process management, data governance, or other governance-type subjects, including committees chartered by Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
Serve as business process manager providing direction and leadership in organizational and process analysis of NWPO program areas.
Provide both strategic direction and operational oversight of BPA's Utility Management program.
Serve as the stakeholder management and communication management advisor providing direction, oversight and coordination between NW and the Communications team.
Ensure program, project and organizational efforts are successful by leading effective change management initiatives in an effort to meet overall CAO objectives.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: Experience 1) providing direction and leadership in process analysis of an organization's facilities management programs (e.g., Business Services, Business Operations, and Utility Management); 2) developing facilities management and workplace services policies; AND 3) serving as a subject matter expert for Change Management initiatives in the areas of facilities management and workplace services.
