About the position: This position will be assigned to the Golf Course on Nellis AFB, NV. Flexible employees have no guaranteed hours, but may work up to 40 hours per week. This position does not offer benefits. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to continuously stand/ walk/ stoop/ reach/ push/ pull/bend for long periods of time. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.

Duties

Performs a variety of food service tasks such as preparing and heating breakfast sandwiches, making sub sandwiches, serving beverages, and cleaning equipment. Responsible for ensuring food is properly prepared and given to customers in accordance with the order given and charges. Operates, breaks down and cleans all electrical equipment for food preparation. Cleans kitchen equipment (e.g., worktables, sinks and refrigerators). Washes tables and counters, vacuums and shampoos carpet. Sweeps and mops floors, cleans windows, washes walls and cleans/sanitizes trashcans.
