You will serve as a MATERIALS HANDLER in the Component Control Section of Aviation Support Division, Aviation Supply Department, of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.

Duties

You will receive/screen materiel from FRC South West Work Centers for packaging and shipment in accordance with naval Instruction You will screen materiel to ensure NRFI asset is void of any oil or hazardous materiel. You will verify BC2 document against the Maintenance Action Form (MAF) and Beyond Capability of Maintenance (BCM) tag. You will use a forklift to move consolidated BCM components from the DCU loading dock to ASD 1478 yard for collection and pick up by ATAC representative. You will conduct weekly inventory of packaging supplies and submit an inventory report to DCU supervisor.

• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift
