You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST within HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will manage cross-cutting Directorate and Command-level information technology projects as assigned and conduct associated project management activities.
You will work with leadership to identify internal and external stakeholders, define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
You will make improvements, solve problems, or take corrective action when problems arise.
You will analyze and develop approaches, strategies, and policies for solving and/or recommending courses of actions (COAs) to the J6 Executive Director.
You will disseminate information and ensure computer security practices are adhered to by all functional areas.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
For GS-13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes:
1) Developing time-bounded implementation plans based on vision and mission objectives across the full spectrum of cybersecurity mission areas.
2) Evaluating new operational issues and implement new concepts
3) Resolving critical problems with existing systems; and support management.
4) Developing management and evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology across the directorate and synchronizes Staff level decision making products, risk management framework packages and cyber capacity and interoperability requirements
5) Assisting organizations in the development of their individual cybersecurity program.
For GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes:
1) Developing time-bounded implementation plans based on vision and mission objectives across the full spectrum of cybersecurity mission areas.
2) Evaluating new operational issues and implement new concepts.
3) Resolving critical problems with existing systems; and support management of significant and sensitive C4 operational requirements and/or projects.
