Duties
As a Senior Management Analyst in ADM’s DRMA, you will conduct extensive and complex management studies and analyses which have major impact throughout DRMA, ADM, and the Agency. You will create and implement communication plans; draft and implement policies and procedures; and review and respond to confidential, sensitive, or pre-decisional correspondence, questions, and materials.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:1. Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with management and staff at all levels within ADM, the NRC, representatives of other federal and state agencies, licensees, stakeholders and members of the public, and to achieve cooperation and consensus among parties with diverse and often conflicting viewpoints or objectives.

Demonstrated skill in conveying and presenting long-range and short-term corporate management plans and metrics to management. 4. Demonstrated ability to lead inter- and intra-office ad hoc teams and working groups in the conduct of studies and analyses to propose solutions to management challenges that requires consideration of immediate- and long-range outcomes.

5. Demonstrated ability to serve as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Project Manager to effectively monitor contractor’s performance to ensure that technical requirements under the contract are met and projects are successfully completed.
