You will serve as a RIGGER LEADER in the TRANSPORTATION DIVISION, CRANE/RIGGING/WHE BRANCH (RIGGING) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
Duties
You will interpret and explain work instructions and blueprints for employees when necessary for the completion of rigging assignments.
You will spot check rigger work operations and review completed work inspection reports to verify production and quality standards are met.
You will determine manpower, tooling, material availability, machine capabilities, and the methods required to complete rigger work.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires the employee to work under adverse environmental conditions.
- This position requires that the employee be certified in the use of a respirator.
- The employee is required to work overtime.
- The employee is required to work overtime on an emergency basis.
- The employee my be recalled to duty.
