This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, in the Marketing Division. As a Lead Program Analyst, you will assist or manage the operational and administrative aspects of the Public Sales program, including product sales and the accountability for all sales products stored in the vault(s), equipment, packaging materials, brochures, catalogs, and forms.

Duties

As a Lead Program Analyst, you will: Assist with or directly manage the BEP's Public Sales contract, which covers all services for the Visitor's Center Gift Shop sales, a Call Center, and the packaging of all products to either fill mail, bulk, e­ commerce for the United States Mint's online sales catalog, and other point of sale locations, such as numismatic exhibits, to include all data entry and completion of forms require. Serve as or assist the COR for the Public Sales contract and review, evaluate, and approve pricing packages and invoices. Direct and coordinate inventory management and accountability requirements for the Public Sales and Meaningful Access (Currency Reader) programs. Assist or directly manage and monitor all aspects of financial transactions and cash deposits in coordination with the Office of Financial Management, as well as the United States Mint. With the concurrence of the Manager, establish, develop, and implement procedures for all administrative and operational aspects of the Public Sales Program.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Using database systems to manage inventory for a professional organization; AND Analyzing data and using it to develop financial reports in a computerized spreadsheet; AND Prioritizing projects or activities to meet established deadlines; AND Communicating program initiatives to targeted markets or audiences. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
