Duties

Perform complex data analysis in support of tool sustainment, customer help desk inquiries, and development efforts, within the Sales and Operations Planning Branch, Strategic Readiness Division, LDAC. Develop, document, refine, functional requirements for app/tool/visualization development/sustainment and data sets. Assess performance of both internal and external support initiatives. Evaluate policies and program operations to maintain workloads to meet mission requirements. Develop and track functional tasks in support of supply management. Assist leadership of the Strategic Readiness Division (SRD) with daily operations. Monitor the execution of major programs requiring inter-staff coordination for successful attainment of the SRD objectives.
