You will serve as a Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Customer Business Solutions Branch of the NAVSEA ERP Business Office of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
NT-04 is equivalent to the GS-11/12
NT-05 is equivalent to the GS-13/14
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $145,617)
Duties
You will serve as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Associate on the RPA Team in the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO).
You will provide support to the NAVSEA Enterprise, both General Fund (GF) and Working Capital Fund (WCF), and other commands.
You will perform functions that manage the processes surrounding the RPAs, such as documenting as-is and to be processes, designing and documenting to-be RPAs, development of RPAs, testing of RPAs, execution of RPAs, troubleshooting of RPAs.
You will perform functions that manage the processes surrounding the NEBO, such as records management and configuration management.
You will be responsible for providing end user help desk support for issues involving RPAs by using knowledge of Navy ERP and NAVSEA policies, processes, procedures and system operations to perform research and analysis of problems.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the NT-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, theories and techniques to assist in identifying improvement and requirements; as well as execution of RPA's.
For the NT-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, theories and techniques to develop, test, and execute improved processes and services for an organization.

Education
For the NT-04
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.

A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
