You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) for NAVAL AIR TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER.
Duties
You will answer routine questions to ensure flow of office operations
You will arrange travel using an automated travel system ( e.g. Defense Travel System [DTS] or similar system).
You will compose emails, letters, memoranda's or reports in support of administrative practices.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize office automation software to create or modify documents; 2) Maintaining an office calendar to schedule appointments; and 3) Establishing/maintaining filing systems in accordance with policy guidelines and established procedures.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
4 years above a High School diploma OR
A combination of experience and education as described that equates to one year of experience.
