About the Position: Serve as a senior program analyst and primary subject matter expert; providing advisory, evaluative and liaison services for Active and Reserve Component Army Child, Youth and School Services (CYSS) programs with Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) for the Soldier and Family Readiness Division (SFRD) within the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9 (DCS, G-9) Installation Services (IS) directorate.

Duties

Serve as a Senior Child, Youth and School Services (CYSS) subject matter expert, providing program, integration, coordination, synchronization and evaluation for designated CYSS Services Programs. Assure timely support of policies affecting Child Development Services, Family Child Care Homes, School Age Programs, Youth Sports and Fitness Programs, School Support Services, Parent and Outreach Services, and Deployment Support Services. Evaluate best business practices for CYS Services Programs across the Army for both Active and Reserve Component. Use broad program knowledge to monitor performance to Army standards for CYS Services Program functions across Army installations world-wide. Monitor implementation of the Military Child Care Act.
