You will serve as a Program Manager in the Security Operation Program Office of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND HQ-PMO.
Duties
You will integrate the efforts of the Program Office and Functional teams in meeting partner capability requirements on time.
You will coordinate within the Program Office and with the Prime Contractor, suppliers, and external stakeholders as required to provide an integrated status of progress toward meeting partner capability requirements on time.
You will develop integrated strategies to address Partner requirements.
You will ensure that priority conflicts and issues related to meeting partner capability requirements on
time are raised to senior leadership, with the goal of enabling their arbitration /engagement in time to affect the issue at hand.
You will maintain updated records and documentation with Partner nation programmatic and background material for the Director, Partners and FMS and Senior Executive Leadership.
You will assist in organizing, managing, and leading program actions.
You will cultivate relationships and maintains communication channels with representatives.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing integrated strategies to address Partner requirements. 2) Providing preferred solutions for priority conflicts and issues identified. 3) Coordinating within the Program Office and with the Prime Contractor, suppliers, and external stakeholders as required to provide an integrated status of progress toward meeting partner capability requirements on time. 4) Advising the Director, International Directorate and Senior Executive Leadership on the progress and development of Partner's International Armaments Cooperation program.
