About the Position: Serves in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Force Management. Serves in the Organization Integration Division's Maneuver Branch as a Force Integration (FI) Officer for forces as assigned.
Duties
Serve as lead action officer for all actions associated with assigned units.
Participate in monthly and annual organizational meetings and providing briefings to high level officials.
Review studies and reports to provide recommendations that optimize efficiency.
Conduct force structure impact analysis.
Analyze and evaluate effectiveness, of force designs and force structure alternatives.
Review recommendations and alternatives for restructuring formations.
Establish unit Effective Dates, publishes Execution Orders, and supporting requirements and authorization documents.
Utilize research and investigative techniques to improve operational capabilities of assigned units.
Conduct studies of the assigned unit’s organizational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
