You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the COLLEGE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
Duties
You will answer and respond to telephone inquiries to meet the needs of the customers.
You will gather data and information from various sources to compile in preparation of reports, letters, or presentations.
You will correct spelling, punctuation, and English grammatical errors to type and format documents.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proofreading correspondence; 2) Maintaining and updating files and suspense trackers as needed; and 3) Using office automation systems to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of documents and generate reports. Education
