This position is located in the inner office of the Clerk of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, providing general and specialized administrative support to the Clerk, Chief Deputy Clerk and assigned functions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 9: High School diploma/GED, plus five (5) years of general secretarial or clerical experience. Experience using MS Office products and various software packages such as Acrobat Adobe and e-fax are required. Must be willing to learn new software packages and devise new ways to create an organized office structure, filing systems and directories. Experience in a court or legal environment and a degree is preferred.
Grade 10: High School diploma/GED, plus six (6) years of general secretarial or administrative assistant experience. Experience using MS Office products and various software packages such as Acrobat Adobe and e-fax are required. Must be willing to learn new software packages and devise new ways to create an organized office structure, filing systems and directories. Experience in a court or legal environment and a degree is preferred.
Documentation of education (copy of college diploma, transcript, or certificate), if qualifying based on education, must be submitted with your application or your application will not be considered.
