This position is part of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy - Golden Field Office, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency with which assigned Department of Energy (DOE) organizations and their components carry out their programs and functions.

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting all of the following:
Analyzing and resolving problems and issues related to the procurement processes.
Reviewing financial reports/data and resolving discrepancies.
Utilizing software and tools such as MS Office to analyze detailed, transaction level financial data on a regular basis.
