You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Duties

You will coordinate and partner with customers to identify, prioritize all facility and utility requirements, including the development, planning,scheduling, acquisition, budget expenditures, execution and oversight of all real property sustainment. You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including; organization, training, planning, and operations of personnel within the Requirements Branch. You will manage the work management processes for receiving, inducting, reviewing, planning, assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs.

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing Asset Management and Requirements Branch functions; 2) Administering budget development and tracking as well as funds flow for both CNIC and Reimbursable; 3) Utilizing skills in oral and written communication; 4) Receiving, planning,assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs; and 5) Gathering, analyzing, and reporting data.
