Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS1. Drafts and recommends revisions to, IC and DoD policy issuances, joint publications, and foreign engagement plans and strategies based on operational experience and lessons learned.2. Develops and proposes improvements to concepts of intelligence operations and intelligence strategies for approval.3. Measures and reports on technical performance of intelligence operations against functional standards and requirements.4. Develops effective relations with operational customers and collaborates on intelligence operations and products.5. Perseveres on projects despite changing objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of various JS, DIA, DoD, and IC systems/tools/capabilities, including familiarity with web design/development such as embedding application programming interface (API).2. Experience with creative problem solving and/or developing new processes in order to problem solve.3. Relevant experience in continuous process improvement in an IT-centric organization (i.e. DIA CIO, CIA DDI, NGA CIO-T).
