This position is located in the Mail and Media Services (NWPP) organization of Workplace Services & Business Operations (NWP), Workplace Services (NW), Chief Administrative Office (N), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to serve as the supervisor of the Mail and Media Services organization and a member of the NWP management team with responsibility for planning, supervising, leading programs, systems, and work processes.

As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will:
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: Led a project or team or served as a technical expert in the following: planning or leading a program (i.e., printing and binding processes, reprographics, printing procurement, records management, and mail service management that includes security procedures and screening for suspicious/malicious mail or packages); building relationships and resolving issues with customers; making decisions and providing direction to subordinates/team members; reviewing processes or work products to ensure compliance with local and federal mandates, regulations, and guidance.
There is no education substitution at the GS-13 grade level.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
