About the Position: This position is located at Fort Leonard Wood Hospital in the Civilian Personnel Human Resources Office.
Duties
Advise managers on the submission process and requirements to process awards and/or nominations.
Research records to pull old agreements or project files for reference.
Input data into an automated database for civilian personnel services.
Maintain project records on personnel actions to track and to follow up on suspense dates.
Utilize the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System or similar personnel database for generating personnel actions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position required Hep B immunization and immunization screening.
- This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.

Specialized Experience for GS-06: One year of specialized experience which includes, utilizing civilian human resources regulations to assist on a variety of civilian personnel matters, maintaining files of civilian personnel actions, and entering and retrieving data in a database system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Specialized Experience for GS-07: One year of specialized experience which includes, utilizing civilian human resources regulations to provide procedural and policy guidance on civilian personnel matters, entering and retrieving personnel records and documents in a database system, and reviewing requests for civilian personnel action for processing. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
