Qualifications

To qualify for this Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Managing Personnel Security processing, including suitability and national security requirements for varying stages of processing, Developing and implementing business practices and/or work flows for varying demographics or to meet special hiring requirements under unique circumstances where application of policy are required. Supervising a diverse workforce with extremely large and complex workloads simultaneously to include tracking of all activity and providing status for executive level meetings.
