You will serve as a PURCHASE CARD BUSINESS ASSISTANT MANAGER in the Marine Forces Reserve of MARFORRES NOLA.
Duties
You will analyze potential problems or reported issues to recommend contingency plans to management.
You will establish when workload execution is deviating from program plans to advise senior officials on corrective actions.
You will analyze program strategies to determine compliance with Government Commercial Purchase Card regulations, procedures and/or management practices.
You will consult with personnel to obtain or exchange information to accomplish work-related activities.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing procurement and Purchase Card Programs through advising, training and adhering to guidelines

Education
Qualifying experience in lieu of experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
