This position is part of the Office of Environmental Management - Richland Operations Office, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness with which assigned DOE organizations and their components carry out their programs and functions. Develop information, advice, and recommendations for management to use in making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of the operations and management of the assigned area.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GS-12: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Experience formulating, monitoring and executing multi-year federal program budgets.
Experience conducting the analyses of budget execution activities and supporting the tracking and trending of multiple budgets.
Experience organizing and analyzing large and complex data sets.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GS-13: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Experience formulating, monitoring and executing multi-year federal program budgets totaling $1 billion dollars or more.
Experience analyzing budget execution activities and developing presentations that present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders including senior level management.
Experience facilitating the Federal planning, contracting and management process to prepare long-range (5 year) and short-range planning guidance in accordance with broad Departmental program policies and objectives.
