You will serve as a Program Analyst in the HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop budgets and estimate supporting plans, programs and activities.
You will present and defend budget estimates review and evaluate budget request, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
You will analyze and recommend cost and benefits of alternative methods.
You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization programs and activities

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
1.) Recommending and implementing budgetary and financial policies
2.) Advancing management on organizational principles and practices along with a comprehensive knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting regulations, guidelines and process
3.) Developing report standards for monitoring contractual labor forces expenditures and ensures adequate funds are reserved to fund core contractor support requirements.
