You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in the Public Works Department of MARCORPSBARRACKS.

Duties

You will plan weekly and monthly work schedules with sequence of operations for work subordinates. You will select workers and assign inspections, maintenance, repair and new construction tasks to be performed. You will develop standards, councils employees on performance, and make formal and informal performance appraisals. You will establish deadlines and priorities on the basis of general work schedules and methods and policies established by higher levels of supervision. You will determine equipment, supplies, and maintenance required for tasks before assignment.

Qualifications

Must also possess ability and experience in supervising subordinates.
